Ten Reasons why not to work in Juru Rubcoil

1. The boss and his son was very  arrogant with very bad temper. They will be easily stirred up even for very small-small things. They can get angry every hour. And when they are angry the will insult you .You will be scolded, yelled and insulted as lousy engineer if you work in this company
2. You can not decide anything in your work, every thing must through the boss.You are like a robot not engineer or what ever. You dont even have chance to express your ideas because the boss will definitely  say to you  "I know better than you , Shut Up!"
3. The salary offered was very low  and not competitive. For engineers they only offer basic around RM1600 or less.But they treat you as your salary is RM8000, you will be like slaves, being shouted and scolded every day is a MUST.
4. Usually employees can only withstand their boss less than 1 month in this company. Most of them just work for few days and then resign . Who can stand a lousy boss and stupid manager(his son) ??
5. The office was very small, and unorganized. Waste papers are every where  and it looks like a ship that have been hit by other ship.You cant work well in this lousy environment
6. They did not provide any training. every single thing you must learn by yourself. Note that they will not teach you how.You have to ask.Be prepared because u will be yelled and shouted when you are asking. Fuck!!
7. You will be insulted if you have done small mistakes.Even on your first day working , they wont care , they will just yell and shouting at you as you have been working for them for 10 years .
8. This lousy company also didn't  have respect for their employees. They will treat you as nobody and they think that all other people is lousy .Only they are the best in this world.
9. You will be monitored like hell. You  will be a robot not a human worker under their provision
10. They don't have any sympathy even if you have difficulties. The will just laugh and yell at you saying "You are lousy"

Stay away from this JURU RUBCOIL!

I have a very very very bad experience when working in this company . Let me start first,  i have been interviewed by this company early in this year ,during the interview  they condemned me and said that all the engineer are lousy and useless. The boss looks like very arrogant person and he felt that all other people are stupid and only he was the best. What the heck ? Then they call me again to start work in this company in the next week .

At first I was very happy because i got secured a job . But fuck, the offer very low salary compared to market salary for engineer . During that time fresh grad engineers usually paid between RM1800 to RM2200 , you know how much they wanna pay me ?guess what only RM1500 ! I have no choice rather than accepting the offer.

The office was very horrible, unorganized and small, you cant even walk freely because the table for each worker was very close to each other . There is no training here, so everything I learn by myself . If you dont know you`ll be scolded and if want to know by asking the boss , you will also be scolded and shouted and yelled ! Fuck!!! They treat you like you are nobody and they never respect their workers.Thats why during my time here at least 5 people QUIT after working for only few days , and less than one month because they can`t stand with the boss and his son who was also very arrogant and snobbish.

The never appreciate what their worker had done for them , if you work here, every decision made by you is wrong and you have never been given freedom of decision.If you got interview with this company and being offered, NEVER ACCEPT THEIR OFFER . I WARN YOU THAT YOU WILL REGRET FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE BECAUSE WORKING HERE.
